What is a Chapman’s Peak Drive Frequent User?

Individual users enjoy reduced toll rates on Chapman's Peak Drive. The more you use the road each month, the greater the discount.

To access Frequent User discounts, motorists can apply for a Frequent User card at the Toll Plaza office during office hours.

How does the Frequent User Programme work?

The Frequent User Programme rewards regular users with increasing discounts throughout the month.

Discounts apply from your fourth trip onwards and increase progressively with each additional trip.

Your trip count resets to zero at the beginning of each new month.

How do I apply for a Frequent User account?

You can download and complete the Frequent User application form in advance, or obtain a form from the Toll Plaza office on Chapman’s Peak Drive during office hours.

To apply, completed application forms must be submitted at the Toll Plaza office during office hours together with:

• Your contact details
• Valid identification
• Your vehicle registration number

Frequent User Card
The Frequent User Card operates on a prepaid basis and requires a minimum opening balance of R80. Additional credit can be loaded onto the card at any time.

Once your application has been processed, your account will be activated and your Frequent User Card will be issued, allowing you to start enjoying discounted toll rates on Chapman’s Peak Drive.

Where can I register as a Frequent User?

Frequent User registrations are processed at the Toll Plaza office on Chapman’s Peak Drive, Hout Bay.

Application forms can be downloaded in advance or obtained from reception during office hours. Designated parking bays are available on both sides of the Toll Plaza for convenient access to the office.

What happens to unused credits on my Frequent User Card?

Unused credits remain on your Frequent User Card and are automatically carried forward to the following month.

Credits do not expire as part of the monthly discount cycle.

Please note that a minimum account balance of R80 is required to use Chapman’s Peak Drive under the Frequent User Programme.

How do Wild Card benefits apply on Chapman’s Peak Drive?

Registered Wild Card holders qualify for additional toll discounts on Chapman’s Peak Drive, offering savings beyond the standard Frequent User Programme.

Please note that Wild Cards are administered separately by SANParks and are not issued or managed by the Chapman’s Peak Drive Toll Plaza office.
