This year Chapman’s Peak Drive turns 100 years old, and we could not be prouder. A series of special events and giveaways will be held to commemorate this momentous achievement.

Celebrating 100 Years of Wonder with 100 Days of Giveaways

Local businesses and individuals from communities across Cape Town have come together to celebrate this iconic wonder and offer exclusive prizes to visitors to Chappies over 100 DAYS leading up to the weekend Centenary celebration.

Anyone from Cape Town and Western Cape, South Africa can participate in the competition, any visitors outside of the province and from abroad who enter will need to redeem their prize before the expiry date as stipulated per prize. All you need to do is show your support for Chappies by taking a selfie or group picture at the specially erected frame at the big picnic site overlooking Hout Bay 300 meters before the day pass turn around, when coming from the Toll Plaza via Hout Bay.

Once you’ve taken your picture, post it to social media with #CPD100YEARS and stand a chance to win exclusive prizes offered by the partners of Chapman’s Peak Drive over the 100 days leading to the Centenary celebration weekend.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Visit the Chappies Frame on Chapman’s Peak Drive at the 2nd picnic spot 300 meters before the day pass turnaround, when coming from the Toll Plaza via Hout Bay.
2. Take a snapshot with the frame – either a selfie or with friends!
3. Share to social media with #CPD100YEARS
4. Winners announced on random days during the 100 days celebrations
